Critical Hit Decks Expected by June 16th

Hi All,
For those of you who added a critical hit deck for players to your order, we are very sorry for the delay. We've been told by our production facility that the decks will ship by the 12th and we should expect them here by the 16th. We will finish shipping your orders immediately when those decks arrive. Fulfillment Is Nearly Complete!

Howdy Everyone!
This last week has been long and full of aching backs and sore feet, but we are nearly done sending out the rewards from this campaign. As you can see, we've tested the capacity of our 4Runner and nearly broke the mail truck from our local post office.
We're gonna need a bigger car...
We have had a delay on the Pathfinder hardcovers and we have run out of stock on the Critical Hit Decks for Players. If your order has either of these products it will unfortunately be delayed until we get them in stock. Our numbers indicate that this affects around 40 of you. We are expecting delivery of these two products from production by the first week in June however, so you won't have to wait long. We are very sorry for this inconvenience.
In the mean time the rest of the orders are on their way. We hope that you are very happy with your rewards and your games become even more enjoyable!
If you have not received your PDFs yet please email us at [email protected] and specify which version (5E or Pathfinder) you should have received and we will get you sorted out.

W00t! Over three tons of books, cards, and pawns arrived today!
We have lots of work ahead of us. Expect a tracking number emailed to you when your package ships. Pathfinder books are on their way to us. If you have a Pathfinder book in your order we will have to ship your 5E products when the Pathfinder books arrive. We're very sorry for this delay.

Hi all!
We have sent out the emails with instructions on how to download your PDF. Some of you were having issues with the display of the note sections, so we have addressed this.
The PDF has been updated on the website, so the note sections should be displaying correctly if you go in and re-download it. Send us a direct message if you're still having problems. The errors in the text appearance was due to some flattening of the layers in an attempt to reduce file size, so the file is now slightly larger, but displays correctly, so I'd say that's worth it!
We hope you enjoy delving into the horde, please let us know what you think here, or leave a review on the website (remember, reviews earn you Nord points to use in store!)
We're very excited to receive the physical books in early May and will begin shipping them out as soon as we have them in our hands; we have had 4 proofs through this week and they look amazing (check out @nordgamesllc on Instagram for a sneak peek with a very cute special guest).
